Due to the impact of COVID 19 amendedments have been made to Regulations relating to Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2019-2020. The Addendum-Coronavirus Emergency Regulation Changes states that the deadline dates have been extended.
The new date for public inspection period is on or before 1st September 2020.
The AGAR must be approved and published by 31st August 2020 at the latest or maybe approved earlier, wherever possible.
Otley Parish Council held their AGM on 27th July 2020. It was resolved at this meeting that the public inspection dates would be Monday 3rd August 2020 until Friday 11th September 2020.
